If you have experience in offering white-glove service via consistent phone calls, creative emails, and thoughtful text messages, paired with a background in the casino industry, we want to speak with you! - Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers. - Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios - Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions - Build meaningful relationships through 40 – 50 phone calls per day - Strategically email and text extend offers, promotions, and events - Educate guests on the importance of VIP along with providing them dedicated gaming resources. - Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday. - Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests' gaming exper...
