Description Currently, we are seeking an IT Support Professional I to join our Team! This position will work with COMSO’s Managed Services Provider, CISPOINT. This is a FULL TIME ON-SITE POSITION located in Columbia, MD. Must Have: - U.S. Citizenship required - Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site - Proficient typing and data entry skills - Ability to successfully pass an agility test - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed - Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and security requirements - Solid working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 - Solid understanding of printing and scanning in a networked environment - Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts including Firewalls, Switches, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory - Solid understanding of email systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 - Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply new technical information - Provide fi...
