Job Summary: The Electrical Service Supervisor will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks to insure our Service Technicians troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems on the structural wiring of single-family homes and multi-family properties accurately and efficiently while adhering to the National Electrical Code, State and Local building Code standards, along with upholding the Strada Services Brand Promise of delivering professional, responsive services with uncompromising reliability, respect and value to our customers. Duties/Responsibilities: - Hires, trains, and supports Service technicians and apprentices. - Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of Service techs including apprentices. - Conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. - Assists with discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. - Coordinate and work with the Service Coordinators, Service Writers to ensure customers received the most experience service techs for the scope of work to be performed. - Supervise and direct the field employees by determining work procedures, reviewing work schedules, expeditin...
