The Nurse Navigator serves as a key member of the orthopedic care team, delivering personalized guidance and comprehensive support to patients throughout their care journey. Ensures seamless coordination of services, enhances the overall patient experience, and supports optimal clinical outcomes by acting as the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams. Schedule: - Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud - Day shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30am-4pm and 8am-4:30pm - Occasional early morning and evening meetings Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $85,987.20 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $85,987.20 - $128,980.80 per hour Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
