Flexibility is required for meetings, trainings, and support needs. Overview: We are seeking an organized and relationship-focused Agency With Choice (AWC) Liaison to serve as the primary contact for families and staff in the AWC program. This role ensures that individuals receive the services they need by coordinating care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with families, staff, and agencies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable about program requirements, and committed to person-centered planning.
