Job description

Reports to: Chief Medical Officer, Chief Clinical Officer/Director of APP Residency Program Salary/Status: Flat stipend with standard employer contribution of benefits Minimum Requirements: 1. Anticipated graduation from an MSN/DNP Family Nurse Practitioner program OR Master’s level Physician Associate program OR less than one year of clinical practice post graduation from a higher education program. 2. Passing of ANCC or AANP certification exam) OR completion/passing of NCCPA board exam prior to the anticipated start date (rolling; typical target date is May 31) 3. Ability to attain professional practice, Mass CSR, and DEA licenses prior to the yearly start date. 4. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and case managers. 5. Previous experience in ambulatory care and/or public health is preferred. Desirable: 1. Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Nepali, Vietnamese or another language served at CHC. 2.
