Job description
As an Account Manager for the Onboarding Team, you must possess superior communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of Agency-Client relationships and Customer Onboarding processes. You will work closely with the Director of Onboarding to ensure flawless execution and timely deliverables. You have a solid understanding of the automotive industry and digital advertising. You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You will support and respond to any alerts or red flags to control a fire when it is small and manageable. The customer will always feel as though you are there to help them. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., EATSERN or CENTRAL TIME ZONE preferred , but all are welcome to apply who can support 8:30AM-5:30PM (EST) business hours.
