About the role: The Quality Inspector/Technician is responsible for product inspection and testing, diagnosing the root cause of complaints, documenting, and processing returned products, with a focus on water coolers and filtration. This role ensures that products are evaluated accurately for defects, repaired when possible, and dispositioned according to company standards. What you'll do: - Receive and Inspect Sample Products/Returns - Track returned products upon arrival - Diagnose the root cause issue for returns - Unpack returned units and visually inspect for physical damage (as needed) - Verify RMA (returned merchandise authorization) - Diagnose Product Issues - Test returned units and product samples for functional issues (cooling, heating, leaks, et...
