We’re looking for a Mortgage TPO National Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers and drive success in our wholesale mortgage channel. In this role, you’ll oversee daily sales operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure efficient loan pipeline management. You’ll partner with leadership to set goals, monitor performance, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
