Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Performs the coordination and integration of different departments to ensure that the aircraft or components are on schedule, mitigate risks in a timely manner, and the aircraft/components meet the Dassault quality and safety level. The goal is to accomplish the production process in the smoothest, most judicious and most economical way. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Assess the risk induced by new tasks or reworks on the aircraft/components progress and defines action plans to negate those risks. Proposing risk reduction plans for future improvement. Coordinate and manage daily technical action plans and follow up with assembly team managers concerning assignment of tasks, operations and discrepancies to be performed on the aircraft/components according to the schedule and expected quality level. Conduct daily monitoring of critical issues and make improvements when needed (to include but not limited to shortages, technical events and schedule with actions necessary to keep the line moving).
