The TMO Europe – Business Analysis Discipline Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, operating model, and quality standards for the Business Analysis (BA) discipline across Europe. This role will lead a distributed team of up to 20 Business Analysts located in Krakow, Dublin, and Luxembourg , with 3–4 direct reports (Business Analysis Managers). The Discipline Lead will partner closely with a peer role, TMO US – Business Analysis Discipline Lead , to establish and maintain common global standards, methodologies, and quality expectations for the Business Analysis function within TMO.
