Procurement and Contract Consultant

Job description

Overview Our Medicaid Practice Group is seeking a Procurement and Contract Consultant to focus on large-scale software system selection planning initiatives. In collaboration with clients and our consulting teams, you will develop and generate request for proposal packages and solicitation documents that are clearly understood by our State clients and vendors alike. You will develop proposal strategy, manage the proposal timeline, develop original content, compile and adapt standard content, ensure compliance with RFP requirements, and prepare RFPs for publication. As part of a project team, you will support the review of software contracts, including licensing/subscription agreements, services agreements, and statements of work. You will report to a consulting manager who will oversee your learning of our methodologies, client-base, and tools/templates as well as a tailored on-boarding process and opportunities for ongoing continuing education.
