Electrical/Avionics Systems Engineering Support Specialized Education and Experience Required: None, see Sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.5. Serve as an electrical engineer supporting multi-specialty teams to achieve results specified by program leadership in aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities. Provide technical assistance as required to resolve system engineering and maintenance concerns. Monitor aircraft and component Contractor-generated technical data, technical manuals, and engineering changes for technical accuracy and adequacy. Ensure the technical accuracy and adequacy of responses to TO 00-25-107 technical assistance requests from USAF maintenance units. The Contractor shall be available to support the week-long 24/7 Emergency Telephone Support line on a periodic basis and be available to commute to the General Atomics facility within 2 hours of an emergency phone call. Assist in the performance of technical evaluations on aircraft electrical systems, ground support systems and SE requirements. Analyze and evaluate proposed design changes and revisions.
