Job Description About the Team: You will join the Workflow Manager (WFM) and Insurance pre‑sales ecosystem within FIS. The team specializes in supporting insurers as they modernize operations through workflow orchestration, automation, case management, and performance monitoring. What You Will Be Doing: - Engage with insurance prospects to understand operational challenges and workflow requirements. - Deliver tailored demonstrations of Workflow Manager, highlighting automation, routing, compliance, analytics, and integration capabilities. - Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders across claims, underwriting, policy admin, operations, and compliance. - Map current and future state processes to quantify operational improvements. - Develop solution proposals, value messages, and ROI analysis. - Support RFP/RFI responses. - Partner with Product and Professional Services for accurate scoping. - Maintain industry awareness and represent WFM at events.
