We are looking for young talent to join our EFG Graduate Programme – Digital and IT path in Geneva , with a focus on Cyber Security and Cloud Architecture How the EFG Graduate Programme works? Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group: In this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred digital or IT function, allowing you to specialise and develop expertise in your chosen area. You will also undertake two additional 6-month rotations across different teams, broadening your understanding of how digital solutions and IT infrastructure drive the private banking industry.
