Job Description: Strengthen our team as our 2nd Line AV Support Specialist onsite at our Galway Office. (Onsite 5 days a week). We also may have a similar role in Dublin focusing on meeting room technologies. We are currently looking for a 2nd Line AV Support Specialist to support core IT operations while leading infrastructure planning, documentation, and innovative technology projects. Alongside the standard operational topics. Some of the current projects within the scope of the job are aimed at improving and developing our AV standards, meeting room documentation. Developing IT supports using IoT and emerging tech, develop our IT Support Robot. Using the O365 Power suite applications and automation for critical business processes. This role supports day to day operations while contributing to planning, documentation, disaster recovery and service improvements. You’ll also support digital transformation initiatives, including the development of Power Platform solutions to automate processes, analyse service data, and modernise legacy systems.
