The Customer Service Officer ensures end‑to‑end execution of retail customer orders, guaranteeing accuracy, service level, and customer satisfaction. The role involves daily customer communication, order management, and coordination with sales, logistics, and planning teams. The position requires strong skills in SAP, order processing, complaint handling, and national / international shipment follow‑up.
