Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor KPIs and support the development of data-driven countermeasures for process deviations. - Maintain and update all required documentation including standard work instructions, PFMEAs, and process flow diagrams. - Support and optimize automated manufacturing processes, including welding systems and torque tooling applications. - Manage capital projects and related spending; support manufacturing operations and problem solving while making improvements. - Standardize best practices across programs to minimize variation and improve overall process quality. - Collaborate across departments improve axle assembly operations. - Support major plant i...
