Tasks: Maintenance & Troubleshooting: - Plan, organize, and execute maintenance and repair activities - Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical faults in areas such as instrumentation, piping, static and rotary equipment, DCS/PLC systems - Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and sensors - Operate and optimize electrical subsystems (e.g. drives, fans, relays, breakers, grounding systems) - Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, protocols, and reports (including remote troubleshooting documentation) Customer Interaction & Field Service: - Conduct on-site service visits and system interventions at customer locations (domestic and international) - Act as a technical point of contact for customers and ensure service satisfaction - Coordinate and supervise external serv...
