Job Title: Quality Control Manager Location: Verviers: Relocation assistance is provided for the successful candidate. The role: The Quality Control (QC) Manager, will supervise the QC site support team to ensure the timely release of finished products and raw materials while maintaining full compliance with Lonza quality standards. You will oversee product testing and release activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and technical guidance across the team. A key part of the role involves providing strong technical support by analysing out‑of‑spec results, directing investigations, and defining clear technical pathways. You will also be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of 15–20 technicians, strengthening their autonomy in managing investigations, CAPAs, and equipment maintenance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a fully site‑based role.
