Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer the Senior Project Engineer will coordinate and execute construction projects in the organization. Working day to day with the EPCM firm the Senior Project Engineer will be the first point of contact for the company to our third-party service providers. Another aspect of the job is to evaluate and assist in supervising the plant operations once construction is complete. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Executes site searches for future projects and evaluates site viability for project needs - Manages permitting and construction of a pilot plant facility. - Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. - Executes project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. - Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors. - Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates. - Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests. - Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirem...
