This role serves as the regional operational and business lead, supporting the development, execution, and optimization of a responsive and high-quality Maritimes IME program. The position provides leadership across operational processes, assessor recruitment, client engagement, and regional business development, while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations. The Manager Operations, Atlantic Region works closely with national and provincial stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, strong market presence, and sustained growth. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be located in the Halifax, NS area.
