Senior Human Resources Project Manager The Senior Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-impact initiatives within the Human Resources portfolio. This role partners closely with HR leadership, the Portfolio & Project Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide HR programs and projects. This position requires strong HR domain experience combined with proven experience managing large-scale, highly visible, and complex projects. The ideal candidate brings disciplined project management practices, sound business judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week) Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk, and high-visibility HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise and HR strategic priorities.
