Department: Bio Medical Engineering: Shift/schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/wk): GENERAL SUMMARY: Works under the supervision of the Clinical Engineering Manager The Clinical Engineering Inventory Control Specialist’s primary job function is to support the continued operation of all Clinical Engineering equipment and processes . This person will be responsible for all Clinical Engineering accounting functions along with all inventory and asset management. Performs other duties as assigned. Education: Licensure: Experience: - High School Diploma or successful completion of an equivalent High School Exam Required. - Bachelor's of Science or Bachelor's of Business Administration preferred. - Drivers License - Three years experience in hospital environment. Experience with Clinical Engineering Equipment used by hospital desired. Familiar with Clinical Engineering technologies and equipment.
