Description The Economics and Business Analytics Department in the College of Business at the University of New Haven invites applications for a non-tenure-track position at the Instructor level beginning in August of 2022. This position includes teaching, service, and research expectations along with a responsibility to take an active role in cooperatively developing and growing applied business analytics opportunities across the programs in the College of Business. We are seeking candidates with qualifications and teaching & research interests in A pplied Business Analytics fields such as, Business Forecasting, Data Mining, Econometrics, Supervised & Unsupervised Machine Learning. Candidates must have completed a master’s in Data Science, Decision Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong applicants should be versatile, with an ability to teach a variety of courses in the analytics field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in R Programming Language , Python, Power BI, Tableau, SQL , (among other things) and expertise in data analytics, optimization, business modeling, data visualization, natural language processing, and data mining.
