Job DetailsJob Location: Western Industries Plastic Products - Winfield, KS 67156Position Type: Full Time1st Shift Opening – 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday schedule (weekends & overtime as needed/required) Starting rate $18.00: Position Summary: The Shipping Lead is responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities, supporting and training shipping personnel, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time. This position helps lead a fast-paced shipping department by maintaining compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and transportation regulations. The Shipping Lead works closely with multiple departments to verify orders, prepare documentation, provide routing instructions, and ensure all shipments are completed efficiently and correctly.
