Junior Client Executive

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Client Executive. As a Junior Client Executive you will be responsible for delivering the agreed-upon services to our clients. The Role: - Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. - Uphold the SLAs to meet client expectations and ensure service delivery standards are met. - Work with Account Executives and Brokers in determining appropriate solutions and structuring - Actively contribute to the development and improvement of delivery strategies, sharing insights and recommendations based on client interactions and feedback. The Requirements: This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
