Description Goldman Properties Philadelphia is seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee daily front-office operations and provide a welcoming, helpful presence for tenants, guests, vendors, and team members. This role will also support tenant relations, administrative tasks, and special projects. Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually Benefits: - Competitive pay - Dining discounts - Life, medical, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days - Personal Time Off benefits - On-Demand payroll feature Essential Functions: - Manage the front desk and front office area, including answering phones, greeting guests, tenants, and vendors, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. - Ensure all front office equipment functions properly and coordinate repairs or service calls as needed, including maintenance of the copier and postage machine. - Order office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels. - Prepare and send correspondence, notices, and memorandums to tenants as needed. - Maintain the Kastle system by entering new tenants and guests and removing terminated tenants and guests. - Assist with entering work orders in Yardi,...
