Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – HR Technology Strategy Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada Experience: 10+ Years Rate: 80 to 85 CAD PH Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – HR Technology Strategy to support People & Places leadership in shaping the long-term HR technology ecosystem. This role focuses on strategic system analysis, operating model definition, and technology roadmap development across enterprise people systems. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise systems thinking and the ability to translate organizational priorities into clear technology strategies and decision frameworks.
