Job Purpose & Position Overview To coordinate and participate in the repair and servicing of all Public Health Program GSA Fleet vehicles, program owned vehicles, and other gas and diesel- powered automotive equipment. Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Demonstrates the Winnebago Tribe’s core mission, vision, and values. - Opening and closing work orders. - Assist with the evaluation of capital expenditures. - Perform operation test prior to repairs to verify complaint. - Setting up systems to implement preventive and predictive maintenance processes. - Readiness to remain available for emergency situations in an on-call status after regular work hours - Coordinates necessary repairs with other maintenance shops and/or corresponds with stores as necessary to accomplish maintenance activity. - Assist with accident compliance process. - Perform final operational test on all vehicles to quality-check all repairs. - Will pick-up/exchange/return GSA fleet vehicles at GSA fleet auction site. - Make arrangements for mechanic assistance or tow truck and follow-up to ensure that assistance has arrived. - Coordinate with other auto dealership vendors for possible new leases. - Ensure th...
