Change Management Specialist (Change Owner) Błonie | BorgWarner - Power Drive System We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to support and coordinate technical changes throughout the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with early to mid-level experience who wants to develop expertise in change management and product lifecycle processes within a global automotive environment. You will act as an important link between multiple departments, helping to ensure that changes are well-coordinated, properly documented, and smoothly implemented. Key Responsibilities: Support and coordinate engineering change requests (ECRs) from initiation to implementation Collaborate with design, validation, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on change scope, feasibility, and timing Assist in evaluating technical, cost, and timing implications of proposed changes and support risk mitigation actions Maintain accurate change documentation in PLM systems (Teamcenter) and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements Provide clear and timely updates on change status and support communication with internal stakeholders and OEM customers Contr...
