Job Description SEMCO - GIS Specialist SEMCO is seeking a strategic and technically skilled GIS & Enterprise Portal Administrator to oversee the governance, performance, and evolution of our enterprise GIS systems. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, availability, and advancement of GIS technology and data across the organization. You’ll lead the administration of our enterprise portal, manage utility network configurations, and drive continuous improvements in asset modeling and geospatial analytics. *This role is based in Port Huron, Michigan, with a Hybrid Schedule of three days in the office* You will: Develop and implement enterprise GIS strategies aligned with business goals. Lead the execution of the GIS program and provide direction to Managed Service Providers. Establish and enforce GIS data standards, governance frameworks, and compliance protocols. Administer and maintain the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, including access control and security. Configure and manage complex utility network topology, rules, and trace analysis.
