Job Summary: The Production Team Member operates equipment, assembles parts, and supports production to build automatic transmissions. This role follows all safety policies and work procedures and promotes quality, and efficiency. What You Will Do: - Operate machinery and assemble components using standardized procedures to ensure quality. - Meet daily production targets based on customer demand. - Inspect parts for defects and follow quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with company standards. - Accurately record production data and report any equipment or process issues. - Work and communicate well with others to keep production running smoothly. - Follow company rules and complete other assigned tasks.
