Position Summary: As a Recovery Home Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in supporting men who are working toward lasting recovery in a sober living environment at a Rosecrance recovery home. In this position, you will provide daily support and supervision to residents while facilitating skill-building and community groups that promote accountability, personal growth, and healthy living. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver addiction treatment services to clients and their families while encouraging residents to apply recovery principles in their everyday lives.
