About the Role iCapital is seeking a Senior UX Writer to enhance the user experience across the iCapital platform by crafting clear, engaging, and user-centered content across all products. This role plays a critical part in shaping how users interact with experiences, including AI-driven capabilities, by defining intuitive inputs and ensuring clear, consistent outputs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product leadership, to elevate content standards and ensure users navigate the platform with clarity and confidence. This individual will operate as both a hands-on contributor and a strategic leader, helping to shape and scale the design system content guidelines and governance frameworks while supporting the complexity of a multi-language, multi-currency product environment.
