The Student Service Center Counselor is primarily responsible for being the face of the Student Service Center by assisting visitors in person and in the Call Center in the areas of Registrar, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires that the employee remains up to date with all current policies within the Registrar, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid departments in order to best service our customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in serving visitors and callers in the areas of the Registrar, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid departments by accurately navigating the CISCO, BANNER, APEX, SWIPER, and CRM systems. Assist parents and students by quickly identifying issues and directing them to solutions as determined by appropriate policies and procedures. This requires a wide knowledge base of the various schools and departments across the university, in order to give accurate information. Data input and processing of various student forms.
