We are seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to support our corporate Risk team in implementing and maintaining employee safety initiatives and administering our workers' compensation and safety program. This role plays a vital part in minimizing risk exposure, driving compliance, and supporting team members through claim resolution and return-to-work programs. Essential Functions: Safety: - Assist in the coordination of employee auto safety programs to minimize or eliminate employee auto accidents. - Administer and assign driver training programs - Promptly and continuously communicate pertinent and appropriate information about safety programs to Risk Manager and other relevant committee members, the injured worker’s supervisor, and other internal resources to ensure coordinated and efficient program management - Participate in periodic auto claims review meetings and makes recommendations for on-going claims handling - Perform motor vehicle records checks for all employees and potential employees driving on behalf of the company Workers’ Compensation: - Promptly initiate contact with all employees reporting...
