Department: 37501 Aurora Sinai Medical Center - Acute Care Rehabilitation Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Minimum expectation is 4 shifts/month with 2 shifts on weekend days plus participation in holiday rotation (1-2/year). Additional hours are available to cover peer PTO, periods of high census, and other open weekend shifts. There is opportunity to work additional hours at surrounding sites as well. Additional pool premium of $6.50. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Major Responsibilities: Interprets physician referrals and evaluates the patient's physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities and their impact on the patient's activities of daily living. Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results, functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Provides and/or fabricates assistive devices and/or splints to enhance patient's functional independence.
