Your Contribution As a Senior Benefits Analyst reporting to the Head of Non-Monetary Benefits NA, you will be responsible to provide support for a broad range of strategic and operational human resources management topics. Core responsibilities will include design and administration of health and welfare benefits within the North America region This role is responsible to: - Support in the design and administration of health and welfare benefit plans such as: health plans (medical, dental, and vision), short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), life insurance, MAHLE wellness plan, etc. - Manage inquiries from employees and human resources colleagues related to health and welfare benefits. This includes researching various problems or situations and providing a response/resolution. Identify patterns of problems and work with internal teams or external vendors to correct. - Proactively work to improve processes and communication surrounding the health and welfare program. Recommend ways to enhance and improve the program. - Support manager and benefits team in vendor searches, comparison and evaluations. - Act as a SAP key business user for the benefit info types.
