Process Engineer - 3rd Shift

Job description

Overview Process Engineer: Performs engineering tasks which require troubleshooting and interpreting data relating to assigned processes. Implements new test methods or manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Job Responsibilities: 1. Supports the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the assigned manufacturing process. 2. Analyzes performance metrics and conducts root-cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for enhancement. 3. Supports the development and implementation of action plans to improve productivity, yield, and quality within the process. 4. Serves as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the assigned process. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality, maintenance, production) to diagnose and address process-related challenges swiftly and efficiently. 5. Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with current project schedules and approved quality standards. 6.
