Position Summary: Commercial Service Technician: As a Service Technician II, you independently manage on-site service calls, installations, and technical support for AVDG clients' audiovisual systems. You demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple AV platforms, lead installation projects, and serve as a technical resource for Level I technicians.
