I. Position Summary: The Pharmacy Specialist provides high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical care to specific patient populations pertinent to the assigned scope of practice. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) Only: This Pharmacist provides comprehensive medication management (CMM) for patients referred by INTEGRIS Medical Group primary care physicians and employees and their dependents referred from INTEGRIS Health Partners care coordinators.
