QUALIFICATIONS: SCHEDULE: BENEFITS: - Prepare, plant and maintain all exterior garden beds & containers at a designated store location and as a group for the Bachman’s store locations. - Perform basic plant cultivation, pruning, trimming and weed control. - Perform general clean up duties in parking lots, loading areas, entry areas and walkways. - Remove weeds to improve the landscape aesthetics. - Assist in installing new garden projects. - Operate power equipment like line trimmers, backpack blowers, pressure washers and tillers. - Provide inter-departmental support in delivery and other odd jobs as needed. - Multitask and manage work hours to accomplish a variety of projects on property. - Must be in good physical condition in order to bend, walk, stoop, and travel long distances across grounds. - Valid driver’s...
