Crystal Clean (CC) is one of the nation’s leading privately held companies in the environmental waste services industry. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our rapidly growing company. The Business Development Manager works as the tip of the spear producing and driving business for the company. You will generate new client business through networking and follow up on recommendations. Often, you will design and implement strategies for the client utilizing their company’s assets to accommodate both parties best. Requirements: - Develop new business opportunities with Large Quantity Generators through strategic sales tactics, including customer development, networking and relationship building. - Experience in selling hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, labpack, industrial services, Emergency Response and PFAS services - Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. - Active engagement with customer accounts through weekly calls a...
