The Front End Sales Associate handles payments and ensures accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements for online orders. Reports to the Front End Manager. - Selects and scans items, using a handheld mobile device, for orders placed - Provides clients with information and help on products - Responds to questions regarding items, such as fashion products - Confirms orders and enquires into additional requirements - Locks customers’ orders and provides them with delivery timelines - Handpicks items on customers’ lists in the correct order - Ensures orders are complete and properly placed into carts - Runs items through the checkout co...
