PoH/ESS Case Manager

Come be part of a team who are "Doing the Most Good." The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is looking for a full-time PoH/ESS Case Manager . The starting pay for this position is $41,000 per year. The Social Services Case Manager will provide intake, assessment, and services to individuals seeking ESS assistance and manage Pathway of Hope (PoH) services. This will include assistance with food, utility bills, rent or mortgage payments, transportation, clothing and furniture vouchers, prescriptions, other basic needs items and PoH client pre-screening, manager PoH client goals. The Case Manager will network with community agencies, programs and referral resources benefit the Corps. Position is expected to comply with and meet The Salvation Army, Federal, State and Local policies, and standards.
