Position Title: Health Center Dining Manager - Juno Beach, FL Salary: $60,000 - $70,000: Other Forms of Compensation: Merit Increases Position Highlights: Schedule: Lunch and dinner oversight with some weekends (this is not a 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. schedule) Team Leadership: Manage a team of 7–8 dining associates Experience Preferred: Knowledge of tray line service, therapeutic and modified diets (mechanical, dysphagia, puréed, etc.), and dining room etiquette Certifications: CDM not required but considered an asset; ServSafe required Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and a hands-on management style with a focus on sanitation and service excellence Think Fresh!
