Job Title: IT Network Administrator FLSA Status: Non-exempt Reports To: IT Network Manager Schedule: Full-time Effective Date: 5/1/2026 Salary: 66.5k-80k Location: Lynnwood, WA: Core Responsibilities: Network Oversight/Maintenance Directly oversees the performance of the various network components that best meet the needs of our business partners. - Performs the day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability with minimal interruption. - Participates in network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware, software and integration testing, as well as coordinating these activities without negatively impacting stability. - Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) - Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes, and security configurations - Monitor availability, reliability, performance, utilization, trending and capacity planning.
