This role goes beyond client servicing, it requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and leadership maturity. The Senior Account Manager takes full ownership of key accounts, oversees delivery across teams, and is a key player in the agency’s business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Leadership: - Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of key client accounts. - Identify opportunities to grow accounts and proactively present solutions and ideas. - Ensure client objectives are fully understood and translated into strong creative and delivery briefs.
