National Outreach Manager Boca Recovery Center Boca Recovery Center is seeking a National Outreach Manager to support our Outreach and Admissions teams by managing referral relationships, coordinating inbound and outbound patient placements, and ensuring continuity of care throughout the treatment process. This role plays a key part in strengthening our national referral network while ensuring patients are connected to the appropriate level of care both within Boca Recovery Center and with trusted partner programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in addiction treatment admissions, outreach, or partnership management , along with a strong understanding of the continuum of care in substance use treatment . Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Referral Management: - Oversee and support the management of inbound referrals from external treatment centers. - Collaborate closely with the call center and admissions team to ensure timely follow-up and a smooth intake process. - Maintain strong communication with referral partners to ensure high-quality coordination and patient care.
